Chase | Quitter’s Day

In an effort to promote the Freedom Rise credit card, Chase is launching a New Year’s resolution campaign.

Gen-Z kicks off the New Year with big financial goals – but most resolutions don’t even make it past the second day of January, aka ‘Quitters Day’.

Let’s send care packages to influencers across a variety of content and audience types that they can post about on Quitter’s Day. The goal will be to encourage them and their followers to stay the course on their financial resolution.

A Translation project

Leading up to NYE, we’ll use social listening to find a variety of influencers making New Year’s resolutions about being more responsible with their money.
Then we’ll surprise them with Quitter’s Day care packages to help keep them on track.

The box will be personalized and branded, in a fun effort to help inspire them to keep up with their resolutions. Our influencers will, hopefully, post a Quitter’s Day unboxing video to encourage their followers (and themselves!) to keep their resolutions, especially financial one.

We’ll include branded items and resources in the care package to help make it easier for them. These could include:

To help them start speaking the language, a colorful zine will translate how to build credit into simple, bite-sized actionable lessons.

To help them be accountable, we’ll print out their resolution and put it on a plaque..

To help them develop healthy habits, one of our emojis will be turned into a 3D figurine that links to their Rise card and turns red when their monthly payment is due.

To help keep them on schedule, a colorful day planner with weekly Credit Affirmations.
And to help them ease a little stress (because sticking to a resolution can be stressful), a free spa day and a 25% off discount code for their followers.
